DALIBOR KACMAR

Dalibor is a Technology Office and is currently working with industry leaders and regulators to implement digital transformation strategies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and leads artificial intelligence initiatives. He completed studies of Automation and Control Systems at the Technical University of Ostrava. Here and at Northwest Missouri State University received a doctorate degree in the same field. He gave lectures for 12 years at various universities in the Czech Republic, USA and Finland teaching information technology. He has been working professionally for Microsoft since 1998 in various technology and management positions. He was involved in software development, led the cloud division at a time when the cloud began to conquer business, and today he is professionally engaged in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.
